Rev Victoria Lawrence is an ordained minister, preacher, author, trainer, intercessor and passionate advocate for women, families and people with special educational needs and disabilities. She is the Founder of The Father’s Joy Ministries and serves as Director of Mission and Outreach at Christ Royal Church, London.

She is also a Church Engagement Manager and EDI Lead with Bible Society, where she works with churches and Christian leaders to strengthen biblical confidence, cultural intelligence and inclusive leadership. She serves as a member of the London Institute for Contemporary Christianity and acts as a strategic bridge between Black, Caribbean, Asian and other minority ethnic Christian communities and the wider Church.

A qualified Cultural Intelligence and Trauma-Informed Facilitator, Rev Victoria speaks and trains nationally and internationally on leadership, faith, trauma, inclusion and community transformation.

She hosts daily prayer gatherings from Monday to Friday and leads a monthly prayer meeting dedicated to children with special needs, their families and the professionals who support them. She firmly believes that great things are birthed through prayer and has devoted her life to raising intercessors, strengthening families and advancing God’s purposes.

Rev Victoria is an apostle to the nations and a prophetic voice whose ministry is marked by prayer, compassion, courage and a commitment to helping people overcome shame, discover their purpose and live flourishing lives. She is also the founder of the Angel Special Programme and host of the Naked & Unashamed podcast.
