Rev. (Dr.) Joshua Jama, a teacher and Educational Psychologist by training, was called into full-time ministry work in 1991. He and his wife founded The Sanctuary Church in Hackney, East London in 1991, which started in their living room.

In 1992, Pastor Jama attended the International Bible Institute in London whilst pastoring the Sanctuary Church, an Elim Pentecostal Church. Ordained under the Elim Pentecostal Churches Inc. Great Britain.

Founder and Senior Pastor of Good News Assembly, Manchester (www.gnaministries.org) and President of Joshua Jama Ministries Inc. His anointing in ministry is very outstanding in 3 areas – Word of knowledge, Healing and Deliverance. The vision God gave him is wrapped up in Luke 4:18. This has been proven with signs and wonders following his preaching. He is an international conference speaker who has travelled to many countries preaching the Gospel including Kenya, Nigeria, Canada, and many States in the USA.
